Draft
A saved form that has not posted to the books yet: a draft invoice, quote, bill, or expense.
In Solo Superstars
Drafts appear in their lists with a grey pill and affect nothing. Sending an invoice, marking a bill received, or saving a quick expense turns the draft into a posted entry. Snapped receipts start as hidden drafts until you confirm the extracted numbers.
Example
Three draft invoices for $4,200 total show in Invoices but not in Accounts receivable or revenue until each is sent.
Codes shown are the defaults a new workspace starts with. Yours may be renamed or renumbered — check Accounting › Chart of accounts. See the full default chart.
