Bill status
Where a bill is: draft (still typing), received (committed, awaiting payment), or paid.
In Solo Superstars
Received is the moment the expense posts on accrual basis. Paid is when it counts on cash basis and the liability clears.
Example
Draft → Received (expense + payable posted) → Paid (payable cleared, bank credited).

- Bill — An invoice a vendor sent to you. Recording it books the expense; paying it clears the payable.
- Accounts payable — Bills you have received but not yet paid. A liability until the money leaves your bank.
