Bill
An invoice a vendor sent to you. Recording it books the expense; paying it clears the payable.
In Solo Superstars
Enter bills under Bills by typing them, uploading a PDF, or snapping a photo. Marking a bill received posts the expense and the payable; marking it paid clears the payable. Payment is all-or-nothing in this release.
Example
A $600 legal bill received: debit 6100 Legal & Professional Services 600, credit 2000 Accounts Payable 600.
Codes shown are the defaults a new workspace starts with. Yours may be renamed or renumbered — check Accounting › Chart of accounts. See the full default chart.
