Accounts payable

Bills you have received but not yet paid. A liability until the money leaves your bank.

In Solo Superstars

The balance of 2000 Accounts Payable (A/P) equals the total of received, unpaid bills. Quick expenses never touch it because they are paid on entry.

Example

Two received bills of 600 and 250 unpaid: accounts payable 850.

Codes shown are the defaults a new workspace starts with. Yours may be renamed or renumbered — check Accounting › Chart of accounts. See the full default chart.
