Quick expense
A purchase you already paid for, entered in one screen. Books the expense straight against your bank account and skips accounts payable.
In Solo Superstars
Under Expenses, pick the account, amount, date and which bank account or card paid. One entry, no payable. Snap a receipt and the form prefills; you always confirm before it saves.

$45 parking paid by card: debit 6400 Vehicle Expenses 45, credit 2100 Credit Card 45.
