Reopen period
Unlocking the most recently closed month (or year) to make a correction, then closing it again.
In Solo Superstars
Latest period only, from the Close page, with a reason recorded. Reopening a year also reverses its closing entry so revenue and expense accounts come back.
Example
A $600 August bill arrives in September: reopen August, post it, close August again. The audit trail keeps both closes.
Codes shown are the defaults a new workspace starts with. Yours may be renamed or renumbered — check Accounting › Chart of accounts. See the full default chart.
