Reopen
Unlocking the most recent reconciliation of an account so its lines can be corrected, then reconciling again.

From the Reconciliation reports page, latest only. If the month is closed, reopen the period first; the app tells you which.
Example
You find a duplicated line in July after locking: reopen July, remove the line, reconcile to zero, lock again.
