Reconciliation lock
Finishing a reconciliation at difference zero freezes its cleared lines so they cannot be changed without reopening.
In Solo Superstars
Editing or deleting a cleared line is refused while its reconciliation is locked. Only the latest reconciliation for an account can be reopened, and never one inside a closed fiscal period.
Example
Trying to delete the −120 phone line after July is locked: refused with a link to reopen July.
