Approval
A change Alison has prepared but will not apply until you say yes. Approving posts it; rejecting discards it and she remembers why.
In Solo Superstars
Approvals live in the inbox with the proposed entry, the reason, and Approve / Reject. Money, email and status changes always go through one. Rejecting a proposal stops it from being re-proposed.
Example
"Mark bill #214 as paid — matches the −600 bank line on Aug 12." Approve → the bill flips to paid and the line is matched.
