Default chart
The chart of accounts every new workspace starts with, numbered the way QuickBooks users expect. Yours may have been renamed or extended since.
In Solo Superstars
The full list, with what each account is for, is on the default chart of accounts page. Four accounts are not in the starting set and appear only when you need them: Stripe or Square clearing when you connect a processor, Prepaid Income Tax for C corporations, and Member Distributions for multi-member LLCs.
Whenever this glossary names a code, it means the default code. Check your own chart before relying on a number.
Example
Two workspaces created a year apart both start with the same list; one may since have renamed 6210 Office Expenses to "Studio costs".
Codes shown are the defaults a new workspace starts with. Yours may be renamed or renumbered — check Accounting › Chart of accounts. See the full default chart.
