1100 Accounts Receivable (A/R)
Money customers owe you for invoices you have sent but they have not paid. An asset, because the cash is coming.
In Solo Superstars
Sending an invoice debits this account; a payment credits it. Its balance should equal the total of unpaid sent invoices, which the Aging report breaks down by how overdue each one is.
Example
Send a $1,200 invoice: debit 1100 1,200. Customer pays: credit 1100 1,200, debit 1010 Checking 1,200.
Codes shown are the defaults a new workspace starts with. Yours may be renamed or renumbered — check Accounting › Chart of accounts. See the full default chart.
