Refund date

The date a refund was issued, received or recorded in the books.

In Solo Superstars

Where it is used: Sales returns, vendor refunds and payment history use it to place the reversal in the correct open accounting period.

Example

A March sale refunded April 8 keeps the original March sale and records a separate April 8 refund.
