Evidence recorded in Solo Superstars that a return was filed outside the app by the business or its tax professional.

Preparation, handoff and filing are separate states. Record the filing date, confirmation reference and note only after the external filing actually occurs.
Example
The CPA e-files the return, then the client records the acceptance reference and filing date against the approved handoff revision.
