Transaction date

The date the underlying purchase, sale, transfer or other economic event occurred.

In Solo Superstars

Where it is used: It appears on bank activity, expenses and journal evidence. It determines the real-world timing of the event and can differ from when a bank posted it or a user entered it.

Example

A card purchase made March 30 but posted April 1 keeps March 30 as its transaction date.
