Tax requirement

One trackable item in a tax workstream, with an owner, status, evidence and any blocking reason.

In Solo Superstars

Requirements move through not started, in progress, waiting, blocked and completed. A completed item records who confirmed it and the supporting note or evidence.

Example

“Review 1099 candidates” is waiting on a vendor W-9; once received, the requirement is completed with that evidence attached.

Codes shown are the defaults a new workspace starts with. Yours may be renamed or renumbered — check Accounting › Chart of accounts. See the full default chart.
