Statement import

Uploading a bank or card statement (CSV or PDF). The importer checks that opening balance plus activity equals the closing balance before anything is saved.

In Solo Superstars

Under Bank transactions › Import drop one or several files. You map the columns once per bank; the verifier warns about balance gaps, missing or out-of-order rows, and files you already imported. Nothing commits until you confirm.

Example

A July statement: opening 8,400 + inflows 6,200 − outflows 4,950 = 9,650, which matches the closing balance, so the import is clean.

Codes shown are the defaults a new workspace starts with. Yours may be renamed or renumbered — check Accounting › Chart of accounts. See the full default chart.
