Shop-origin invoice
The invoice created automatically when a customer buys through your storefront. Same books as a manual invoice, different origin.
In Solo Superstars
Filter the Invoices list by origin to see them. They post product revenue, sales tax, shipping income and the card fee in one entry when paid.
Example
A $250 order with $20 shipping and $21.60 tax: credit 4000 250, credit 4040 Shipping, Delivery Income 20, credit 2200 Sales Tax Payable 21.60.
Codes shown are the defaults a new workspace starts with. Yours may be renamed or renumbered — check Accounting › Chart of accounts. See the full default chart.
