Processor clearing
Where a card payment waits between the customer paying and the processor depositing it, net of fees, into your bank. One clearing account per processor.
In Solo Superstars
Connecting Stripe creates 1310 Stripe Clearing; Square gets 1311; anything else uses 1390. Payments credit the clearing account net of fees, payouts debit it. Accounting › Processor payouts shows what is still in flight.
Example
Monday: two card payments net 1,164 and 485 → clearing 1,649. Wednesday: a 1,649 payout lands → clearing 0.
Codes shown are the defaults a new workspace starts with. Yours may be renamed or renumbered — check Accounting › Chart of accounts. See the full default chart.
