Loyalty points liability
What outstanding loyalty points are worth if every customer redeemed them. Redemptions post as contra-revenue, never as cash.
In Solo Superstars
Only when loyalty is switched on under Shop › Offers. Points are earned on full payment, redeemed at checkout within server-set limits, clawed back proportionally on returns, and expire after inactivity.
Example
A customer redeems 2,000 points ($20) on a $100 order: debit 4070 Loyalty Redemptions 20; the card pays the other 80.
