Difference

During reconciliation, the statement ending balance minus what you have cleared. Zero means you can lock.

In Solo Superstars

Shown live at the top of the Reconcile page. A non-zero difference that equals one line’s amount usually means a missing or duplicated line; a tiny odd difference is often a fee or rounding you can post as a discrepancy.

Example

Difference 120.00 with a −120 line unticked: tick it and the difference is 0.00.

Codes shown are the defaults a new workspace starts with. Yours may be renamed or renumbered — check Accounting › Chart of accounts. See the full default chart.
